Sleek Sterling Return Policy: You have 30 days from delivery of the item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

For you to have your item returned, it has to be in its original state, unused, with the tags and in the original packaging. You also have to give your order number, and a photo of the purchasing confirmation email you received.

Since our products are made to your ring size, your choice of a diamond, and gold, returns that are not attributed to a mistake on our part will attract a restocking fee of 20% for the moissanite items and 25% for CVD items. Originally for the returned piece requires resizing and polishing hence the charges include wages that are accorded to this process. Thus, if the returned goods will need additional cleaning or mending, or in general, are fit for resale in a poor condition, an increased restocking fee might be charged depending on the degree of their deterioration.

Damages and Issues

Please check the item upon delivery and if it is defective or damaged please do not hesitate to contact us or if you received a wrong item. On perceiving the issue, we will be able to take the appropriate action to sort it out.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Because of the character of some, we cannot accept returns or exchange in any case where they are not damaged or defective. These items include:

  • Custom or made-to-order
  • Now, when one speaks of eternity bands, these are made based on specifications provided by clients.
  • Items with Physical Damage

Exchange Policy

Should you decide that you would like to exchange your ring, you will have a 20% restocking fee taken from the initial price and the remaining amount will be used for the exchange. For the exchange, any differences in the price will also be your additional cost. It should also be noted that this exchange policy has to be started within 30 days of when the ring was received and only one exchange is allowed on a particular piece. It's only good on this purchase and won't transfer for further use of the same item, and it can be exchanged only once.

In case you want to return your jewelry items, please contact us first so that it comes back to us in good condition. Postage is the responsibility of the customer when returning items; we advise you to use an insured parcel service as we won't refund on parcels that don't reach the buyer.

Refunds

After you have sent and we have examined your return, we will inform you of the approval of the refund. In case the refund is to be granted, the procedure will happen immediately, and the money will be returned to the payment type that has been used initially. Kindly, note that it may take some durations before your banker or company of the issued credit card processes and post the refund.

Resizing

At Sleek Sterling , we respect the need for proper fit of the ring more than any other product that we sell. Thus, it is possible to have our resizing services to adjust the jewelry to perfectly fit you and look good on you.

Resizing Limitations:

  • There is a possibility of resizing the rings but within a range of only one full size.
  • Anything outside this range may distort the appearance of the piece or its structure and as such cannot be allowed under this policy.

Exceptions:

  • With the full eternity band design, it cannot be resized due to the setting employed in the design of the band. In such cases we advise those involved to ‘swap’ the ring for the correct size. Cheerfully our customer service team will get in touch with you and help you with this process.
  • Instead of resizing, in some cases we can change it with another ring of the same design but in the correct size. This option may be used, only if it would make the process faster or the design able to stay intact. Trading is possible only for unadorned gold bands, and the ring to be swapped will be made from scratch. We will always seek your permission if we suggest this method to be adopted.

Customers are paying for the shipping costs, both ways (international customers are paying for the customs fees as well).

Repairs

In case of repairs, kindly drop a message in the following address: support@sleeksterling.com. This is what you need to know about how we'll repair your product:

  • This will also assist our repair technicians in creating an intake form indicating the condition of the piece upon its delivery and the repairs that should be conducted. A copy of this form shall be forwarded to you.
  • On the basis of this warranty policy, we will perform any warranty work without consultation with you such as stone replacement or prong work, or resizing. But if you wish to discuss and clear the scope of the work prior to its commencement, you are welcome to inform us beforehand.
  • There may be other damages that are outside the warranty and if such damages occur, they will be communicated to you, and you will be at liberty to decline those extra repairs.
  • It also means that customers are required to meet the transport cost both to the business and the other way round.
  • Our repair time is usually within 2-3 weeks from the date you bring in your piece.

Note

As with most of our originals, if your piece needs a new stone, we can not promise the provision of limited edition or single piece stones. In some circumstances where the specific stone is not available an alternative similar one will be sourced and we shall consult you for approval.
