Shipping Policy

We are committed to promptly delivering  Sleek Sterling products. Here’s what you can anticipate:

• Custom Jewelry Manufacturing: Each piece of custom jewelry requires approximately 2 to 3 business weeks for creation. After manufacturing concludes, we will request your confirmation prior to shipping.
• Shipping and Delivery: Orders are generally expected to arrive within 6 to 9 business days after shipping. Please be informed that  Sleek Sterling cannot be held responsible for delays caused by severe weather or other unexpected events. We do not ship to PO boxes. If a customer alters the shipping address with the delivery service while the package is in transit, any resulting shipment delays will be the customer's responsibility.
• Free Delivery: We offer complimentary delivery to your location. Please note that the customer is responsible for any applicable duties or taxes levied by local authorities.
• Product Changes: If a customer desires to change the product before it is shipped, the manufacturing process will restart from the beginning.
